Founder & Principal HR Consultant
Emily Pearson, M.S., SPHR
Emily Pearson brings over 12 years of experience in Human Resources, spanning private industry, municipal government, and the fire service. She brings a refreshing strategic approach to Human Resources to to help organizations build strong foundations, develop healthy workplaces, and create people-centered systems that truly work.

She founded Monarch HR in October of 2025 after identifying a gap in the HR Consulting space: personalized strategic services. In a marketplace filled with large impersonal corporations, AI, and automation, she founded Monarch HR to meet people and businesses where they are at. People and businesses are unique and Human Resources should not be a one-size-fits all approach. Her purpose is clear: Help organizations thrive one transformation at a time.
Emily holds a Masters of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership: Human Resources Management, a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.

When she's not working with clients, she spends her free time with her husband and two daughters in Northern Colorado camping, skiing, and exploring new trails with her three dogs.
